To establish and maintain contact with former students and teachers.
To foster a feeling of fraternity amongst the alumni for mutual help and guidence.
To assist the college placement cell in arranging interface with corporate companies to secure internships and placements for the graduating students.
To facilitate creation of endowments, scholarships, medals and prizes to students who excel in studies, sports, games and all such extra-curricular activities.
To collect subscriptions and receive donations either through cash or sponsorship and utilize them in fullfilment of set aims and objective of the Association.The incomes and assets of the Association shall be used only for the furtherence of set objectives and for promotion of scholastic activities in the campus, unless the donor intends to spend the amount donated for a purpose specified by him.
To purchase,or hire or take on lease and hold any movable or immovable properties and possess rights of ownership for the advancement of the objectives of the Association.
All the incomes earned out of moveable and immovable properties of the society shall be only in pursuit of aims and objectives laid down in the Memorandum of Association.No profit shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of divindends,bonous,profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or past members.No memeber of the Association shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the Association to make any profits,whatsoever by virtue of his memebership.
